WARREN, Ohio (WKBN)- A Warren Township man was sentenced in a burglary case on Wednesday.
According to court staff, Jason Albaugh, 22, was sentenced to three years of probation without prison time. He was charged with two felony charges of breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
Albaugh was charged after an investigation into an October 2023 burglary on Copeland Avenue in Champion where police said a dirt bike was stolen. In April, Albaugh pleaded guilty to both charges.
Albaugh was ordered to pay restitution to the victims.
He was originally charged with grand theft, but the charge was dismissed.
