CHAMPION, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) - Maryann Dubravcak, 83, of Champion passed away on Friday evening, June 28, 2024, at Windsor House in Champion.
Maryann was born on July 8, 1940, in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of Joseph and Mary (Zalovich) Krokosky.
After attending Warren G. Harding High School, Maryann went on to work for Delphi Packard from 1969 until 1997.
Outside of work and in addition to being a proud homemaker, Maryann enjoyed bowling, reading and playing the lottery. She was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes Fan. Most of all she cherished the time she spent with her family.
Maryann will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Maryann will always be remembered by her children, Diana Simun of Howland, Sandy (Scott) Furbee of Champion, Shirley Sowinski of Southington, David Dubravcak of Warren and daughter-in-law, Susan Dubravcak of Howland; nine grandchildren; 14 beloved great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Maryann was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Norman S. Dubravcak; son, Ronald Dubravcak; grandson, Brett Simun and sister, Cathy Kanchock.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, 1884 North Road NE, Warren and again on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 10:50 a.m. at St. William Catholic Church, 5411 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren.
There will be a Funeral Mass held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at St. William Catholic Church, 5411 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren with Father Ryan Furlong as celebrant.
Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
