WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Warren Township man pleaded guilty Monday to breaking and entering.
Jason Albaugh, 22, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree receiving stolen property and fifth-degree breaking and entering. Both are felonies.
Albaugh will be sentenced on May 8 when he will also be sentenced for a fourth-degree felony charge of having weapons while under disability, according to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office.
Albaugh’s latest conviction is connected to an October 2023 break-in at a garage on Copeland Avenue in Champion Township when a dirt bike was stolen.
Albaugh must also pay $400 in restitution.
